Our three founders come from humble beginnings, each with a unique journey but one shared vision — to bring dignity, trust, and organization to India’s workforce system.
Two of our founders started their careers from the worker level, learning the value of discipline, teamwork, and commitment right from the field. Through dedication and consistency, they grew to become supervisors and later area managers, gaining deep experience in on-site management and team coordination.
The third founder began his career as an office boy, gradually growing into accounting, operations, and human resource management — mastering the administrative and organizational side of the business.
Together, their combined on-ground experience and management expertise led to the creation of Srishti Enterprise, a strong and trusted manpower platform that laid the foundation for what is today known as Mandal Workforce Private Limited.
